SERVICES INCLUDED:

VAT, Energy Consumption, Air Conditioning that can be managed independently in each room, any high chairs and cots for small children, one weekly change of the bed linen (and for possible cots) and twice in a week change of the bath linen. For stays of two or more weeks, when bed linen (and for possible cots) are changed, we will rearrange/clean the apartment. Free use of fiber Wi-Fi Internet in every room, of the washing machine in the laundry – ironing room in a room for common use and of bicycles available equipped with seats for children.

SPECIAL BEACH:

At the partner Beach Special discount on the Cattolica 2024 Beach Price List for the rental of umbrellas and sunbeds from the fourth row from the sea onwards, with the free use of cabins and beach services such as: swimming pool, beach tennis, beach volleyball, bowls, table tennis, playground for childrens. In August only with advance booking directly with the Residence Sangiorgi

Rent for 3 weeks -5%, Rent for 4 weeks or more -10%. (EXCLUDING AUGUST)

SUPPLEMENTS ON REQUEST:

Car park in guarded parking served as a free shuttle bus (when you want); €/week 49 each, only with advanced booking.
ADDITIONAL BED, beyond the maximum capacity indicated in the apartment, for children up to 12 years (including the smallest in camping beds / cots) there is a surcharge of 10% of the price.

SUPPLEMENTS OBLIGATORY:

Obligatory end of stay cleaning: Monolocale-Studio € 40, Bilocale € 50, Trilocale € 60.
The presence of small and medium-sized pets must be declared at the time of booking and a supplement for final cleaning of €30 in the Monolocale-Studio, €40 in the Bilocale and €50 in the Trilocale is applied.
TOURIST TAX: amount = €2,00 each person and each Night for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (from the eighth day onward there is no longer), not pay the children under 14 years.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

Check-In from 3,00 pm. to 24,00 pm. / Check-Out from 7,00 am to 9,00 am. A luggage storage room is available free of charge for early arrivals and/or late departures.

30% Earnest money by booking, €150 safety deposit (returnable) and settlement at the arrival.
